2) What we collect
- Account data (if you create one): name, email/phone, password (hashed), profile info.
- Property & listing data: titles, descriptions, prices, photos, amenities, location (as provided by listers/agencies).
- Usage data: app interactions, favorites, filters you apply, device info (model, OS version, app version), diagnostics and crash logs.
- Optional location (if you grant permission): approximate location to improve search relevance. The app works without sharing location.
- Cookies / local storage: to keep you signed in and remember preferences on the web/embedded views.
3) How we use your information
- To provide and maintain the Service (property search, filters, favorites).
- To manage accounts and authenticate users.
- To show property details and related metadata.
- To improve performance, safety, and reliability (analytics, crash diagnostics).
- To communicate important updates (e.g., policy changes, service notices).
4) Legal bases (where applicable)
We process data based on: (a) performance of a contract (providing the Service); (b) legitimate interests (improving and securing the app); (c) consent (optional location, marketing where applicable); and (d) legal obligations.
5) Sharing & disclosure
- Service providers: hosting, analytics, crash logging, and content delivery providers who process data on our behalf under contracts.
- Agencies / listers: property information you publish is visible to users. We do not share your private account details with other users without your consent.
- Legal & safety: to comply with laws, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights, property, and safety.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion (see “Your rights”).
7) Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
8) Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9) International transfers
If data is processed outside your country, we take appropriate measures to protect it according to applicable law.

- Withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent).
